Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with internal departments to understand product features and functionalities.
- Identifying potential buyers and traveling to meet with them.
- Scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals.
- Memorizing and presenting product features using medical terminology.
- Providing training on product use to individual users or healthcare teams.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and informing them of new products or upgrades.
- Researching competitors and highlighting our unique product features in sales pitches.
- Completing sales contracts, expediting orders, and ensuring smooth product supply.
- Keeping accurate sales records and meeting sales targets.
- Maintaining the company vehicle and ensuring it is in good condition.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing is a plus.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong sales skills and ability to use medical terminology to demonstrate product features.
- Proven track record of identifying new customers, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets.
- Experience with recordkeeping and managing sales contracts.
- Ability to take responsibility for the company vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home as needed.
