Job Description

We are looking for a passionate chief marketing officer to join our executive team. You will report to the COO and lead our in-house marketing team. Your job will be to oversee all marketing operations, improve current strategies, and come up with new ideas to make more money.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to adjust marketing plans to fit our company's goals. You should also be a strong leader and communicator to guide your team, and have a good understanding of current marketing trends.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and manage advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Work with the sales and public relations teams to align objectives
  • Grow and develop our in-house marketing team
  • Build relationships with external agencies and marketing professionals
  • Conduct market research and keep up with competitors
  • Help with developing new business
  • Manage the marketing budget

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Master's degree in marketing or related field, or an MBA, preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in a marketing manager or business development role
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and platforms
