We are seeking a caseworker to assist individuals in at-risk communities. In this role, you will visit people's homes regularly to assess their needs and report back to us. You will work with those who have experienced child abuse, neglect, domestic violence, physical or mental illness, or financial difficulties.
To be successful in this job, you must be understanding and able to set boundaries. You will need to listen carefully and ask relevant questions. Good communication and persuasion skills are also important.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing cases and writing reports with important information.
- Keeping case reports up to date.
- Providing support and guidance to families in need.

Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in social work.
