Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, such as helping with bathroom trips, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
- Following a care plan, which may include helping with exercise and giving medication
- Organizing the client's home to fit their needs and ensuring safety measures are in place. You may also be asked to do light housework.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement for daily tasks
- Assisting with mobility, like helping the client get in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair
- Transporting or accompanying the client to medical appointments and other outings
- Notifying us of any changes in the client's health, behavior, or needs
Requirements and Qualifications
