We are looking for a dedicated Athletic Director to oversee and coordinate all aspects of athletic activities. This includes managing the department's budget, hiring coaches, scheduling games and practices, promoting events, and tracking team progress. The Athletic Director will also work with conference or division administrators on behalf of the department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the athletics programs and department.

- Track and report on team progress by analyzing past performances and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry events and changes, such as rule changes.
- Inspect facilities and equipment for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
- Approve purchases of necessary equipment and facility upgrades.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field.
- Experience in coaching, teaching, or administration.
- A teaching certification may be required.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of fundraising and promotional events.
- Experience with budget development and management.
- Ability to handle criticism from parents and the public.
