Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate the operations of the administrative department and staff to ensure smooth business operations.
- Create, analyze, and implement department systems and controls.
- Hire, train, and lead support staff members.
- Review and report department data to address any potential issues and improve performance.
- Establish and enforce department regulations, guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Supervise or monitor basic office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings and travel, and distributing mail.

Requirements and Qualifications
