Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Strategy : Execute YouTube content strategies aligned with growth goals, including high-impact video topics, formats, and posting schedules.
• SEO & Optimization : Apply YouTube SEO best practices (thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions) to improve video discoverability and channel growth.
• Analytics : Track performance metrics, analyze data to inform content strategy, and report insights for optimization and improvement.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams for cohesive visuals and edits, and work with other creators for cross-promotion opportunities.
• Audience Engagement : Actively manage community interactions, responding to comments and engaging viewers across social media to build a strong, vibrant community.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in scaling and managing a YouTube channel with a solid grasp of content strategy, SEO, and community growth.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with YouTube analytics tools, and a passion for digital content.
• Video editing experience is a plus.
