Youth Sports Instructor

Metro Stars Gymnastics, a leading gymnastics facility in the area, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Sports Instructor. As the Youth Sports Instructor at Metro Stars Gymnastics, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the coaching staff, developing training programs, teaching gymnastics and ensuring the overall success of our gymnastics program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about gymnastics and has strong leadership skills.

• Lead and manage a team of coaches, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
• Develop and implement training programs for different skill levels and age groups
• Evaluate and assess the performance of the coaching staff regularly
• Communicate with parents and athletes to provide updates and address any concerns
• Plan and coordinate gymnastics competitions and events
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of gymnastics training techniques and best practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
• CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
