Young Children/youth Soccer Coach

At?Super Soccer Stars, we use soccer as a tool to teach life skills, build confidence, and encourage teamwork in a fun, positive environment. Our mission is to help children develop physically, socially, and emotionally through the joy of the game. We bring high-quality, HIGH ENERGY,age-appropriate soccer instruction to schools, parks, and community centers. Requirements As a?Youth Soccer Coach, you'll inspire young players while delivering fun, energized, structured sessions that promote both skill and character development. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing?engaging, age-appropriate training sessions?that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Fostering a?love for the game?by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
• Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
• Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities.
• Acting as a?positive role model?for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field.
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
