Yard Laborer

As a Yard Laborer, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards. Radiating friendliness, ensuring safety, and delivering a seamless disposal experience is at the core of your role, making our customers' lives easier, one visit at a time.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform daily yard work, including paper and blowing debris pick up.
• Adhere to the company's safety standards.
• Be on your feet for long periods of time and be comfortable in high dirt and dust environments during shifts.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of inventory in the yard.
• Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment as needed.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the yard and work areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
• Hand-pull special items and conduct load checks for prohibited/add-on items.

Compensation:

• $21.00-$22.00

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• May be required to work overtime, weekends, and during emergency conditions
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be proficient in English

• Experience as a laborer
• Bilingual
