Our California offices are seeking experienced attorneys?at the Associate, Of Counsel, or Shareholder level?with a background in Workplace Safety to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for those with Cal-OSHA experience to play a key role in litigation matters, with substantial client interaction and engagement with opposing counsel. We also offer meaningful opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking for those interested in further building their professional presence.

In accordance with California?s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $195,000 and $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
