We are currently seeking a Workflow Processor III to join our dynamic team.

The Workflow Processor III plays a critical role in managing the flow of commercial loan documents and processes, ensuring timely and efficient operations within the underwriting department. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily workflow of loan documents and ensure all required information is accurately processed.
Coordinate communication between underwriters, lenders, and internal staff to streamline operations.
Monitor and update the progress of loan processing, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Provide support in the preparation of loan documentation and assist with any necessary amendments.
Maintain organized records of all processed loan files and documentation.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial loan processing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and underwriting processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
