In this role, you will represent clients in various workers' compensation matters, providing them with expert legal counsel and support throughout the claims process. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing and filing claims, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at hearings. You will work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible representation.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and provide expert analysis on workers' compensation matters.
Prepare, file, and manage workers' compensation claims.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Represent clients at administrative hearings and trials.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities.
Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Bar and in good standing in the state of practice.
1+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
Strong knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and legal procedures.
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
Strong negotiation and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
