RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP, the nation?s oldest law office, seeks an Attorney for our New York office with a minimum of two years of experience in New York Workers? Compensation defense litigation. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team, specializing in Workers? Compensation defense litigation. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in Workers? Compensation defense cases Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs Attend hearings and mediations (virtually when possible) Collaborate with team members and clients remotely Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active bar admission in New York for a minimum of 5 years Workers? Compensation experience preferred, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in legal research and case management software Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Location: This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be admitted to practice Applicants must reside in NY for 5 years, have strong attention to detail, and excellent research and writing skills.
