Workato Integration Analyst

Staff4Me is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Workato Integration Analyst to join our team. As a Workato Integration Analyst, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement integrations using the Workato platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.

• Design and develop integrations between various applications and systems using the Workato platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements.
• Build and maintain efficient and scalable integration workflows.
• Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Test and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document and maintain technical specifications and integration documentation.
• Stay up to date with Workato platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
• Provide support and training to end-users on the usage of integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Workato Integration Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in building integrations using Workato or similar integration platforms.
• Experience with API integrations and working with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
