As a Fabricator with Aardvark Studios?

You will work closely with Design Engineers, Project Management, and Design teams to create top-quality assets that will be used in experiential marketing, exhibitions, or installations for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What makes you the ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience working at a company (not freelance) in wood fabrication
• Knowledge of carpentry hand tools and machinery.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays and weekends as needed.
• Experience working with a wide variety of materials.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• A strong moral compass and willingness to do what it takes to exceed client expectations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

What else is helpful:

• Familiarity with modern fabrication tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely.
• Solid surface and post-laminating experience are preferred.
• Experience working with a wide variety of materials.
