is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. They are looking for a wholesale order clerk and you may be the perfect fit!

What will you be doing?

Duties and responsibilities

- Processing wholesale orders

- Taking verbal orders over phone

- Receiving email orders

- Typing orders into the system

- Processing orders submitted from the web site

- Coordinate pulling of items from retail locations as needed

- Adjusting and invoicing orders once pulled

- Preparing shipping documentation

- Tracking backorders, preorders, and credits to insure timely processing

- Issuing credits for picking, invoicing, and shipping errors within 24 hours of delivery.

-Pulling and sending end of day reports for product transfers and out of stocks

- Tracking and submitting needed paperwork to the Wholesale Admin Assistant to insure timely processing of bill backs to vendors.
