Welder Fabricator MIG/TIG Experience

L&L Metal Fabrication is seeking skilled Welder Fabricators with MIG/TIG experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding metal products in accordance with job orders and blueprints. This may include frameworks, shells for machinery, ovens, tanks, stacks, handrails, and metal parts for buildings and bridges. You will work in a workshop or construction site, ensuring high-quality welds and maintaining safe work habits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings and work independently on projects without assistance preferred
• 5+ years of previous on-the-job welding experience preferred
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Must be capable of welding up to 18 ga stainless steel
• Able to pass an in-house weld test
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to use arms, hands, and legs fully, as well as bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb as needed
