As an attorney in our Wealth Strategies Service Line, you will engage in sophisticated and challenging estate planning work for clients in Florida and nationwide. The ideal candidate must have at least 4+ years of experience with a strong working knowledge of estate planning, probate administration and trust administration. An LL.M. in taxation or estate planning is strongly preferred, but not required. Experience with federal estate tax returns (Form 706) and federal gift tax returns (Form 709) is a plus. Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills Required: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school Active Florida bar license Minimum 4+ years' professional estate planning law practice experience LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadline Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Physical Requirements: Sitting position static for up to one-half hour at a time Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to one hour per day Bending and stooping occasionally, up to one-half hour per day
