Wealth Advisor

Streamline is a nationally recognized retirement firm with over 8 million views on YouTube, 30+ monthly inbound leads, and a strong faith-based culture. We are looking for a Wealth Advisor who would like to help Streamline grow by having an impact on the clients they serve, both through our organic growth funnel and our current clients (our #1 priority).

Streamline has been operating for 26 years and currently stewards over $450MM of clients assets. We are a team of 3 Client Service Professionals, 5 Financial Advisors, and 1 Dedicated Strengths Coach who helps you be the best version of yourself.

Our mission is to remove financial burdens and anxiety from our client's shoulders so they can dream about what's possible for the next chapter of their lives. We do this by meeting them at the intersection of finances and emotions. We believe that true wealth is beyond riches.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead + Sales Advisor to help Streamline grow - 40%

• Convert warm prospects into clients through our proven system
• Utilize our marketing CRM to follow up with prospects and set meetings
• Prep and run intro calls, one-page plans, logistics meetings, and then set up the welcome call
• Meet with the sales team for regular sales training and feedback
• Track conversion rate from Intro Call to Client
• Build long-term relationships where you are the lead advisor

Support Advisor to serve our best clients + get mentored by our team of CFP® professionals - 40%

• Learn our custom 3-Meeting Process of providing value to our clients that exceeds what they pay us.
• Meet weekly with the lead advisors on meetings you are helping to prep for.
• Take notes on key client decisions, updates to client information, account trades, client to-dos, agenda for upcoming meetings.
• Capture and assign all post-meeting follow-up tasks.
• Actively work to increase knowledge of biblical financial principles so clients are helped in a consistent and thoughtful manner.
• Learn how to onboard a new client and assist in the preparation of One-page plans.
• Collaborate with the client service team to help provide exceptional client service
• Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and verbally with clients, prospects, and the team at Streamline.
• Learn how to add Investment Alpha, Tax Alpha, and Time Alpha for clients

Support the entire team with your gifting and skillset - 20%

• Everyone has a third bucket. Sometimes we know what that is right away. Other times, we fill it up over time.
• Identifying your unique ability and using that to make Streamline better.
• Using your skills to help the team with its greatest needs.

Requirements

We hope all of these describe you:

• 4+ years of experience
• CFP® certificant or on the track to get it within the next 6 months
• Experience with eMoney, Holistiplan, Hubspot, and Orion
