Job Description
National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Warehouse Team Lead for our location in San Antonio, TX 78233.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise & lead a team of 2030 warehouse associates, including training new hires and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate outbound scanning and proper carton loading on trailers.
- Verify trailer BOLs, and lock or seal all outbound trailers.
- Maintain clear communication with both warehouse staff and management regarding operations and performance.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies, initiating orders as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
Available Schedule:
2 Shift: Sunday-Friday
From 2:00p.m. Until Finish
Starting Pay Rate:
$17.00/Hr.
Weekly Pay
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Have and wear Steel toe boots.
- Leadership or supervising experience.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)
- Own transportation to get to and from work on time.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug test.
- Can start working as soon as possible.
