Warehouse Operations Manager

LAWAZEM is looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products. You will implement best practices to maximize productivity, ensure safety, and optimize inventory management.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to operational procedures.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products while ensuring quality control.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage warehouse space and layout optimization to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and shipments.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and monitoring warehouse performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role for at least 4 years.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
