Job Description

Mandate:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse 3PL Manager will oversee the management of 3PL operations and warehouse functions, with direct accountability for the P&L of warehouse accounts. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to uphold a positive brand reputation. The Warehouse Manager will also be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment. The warehouse manager will also be responsible for:

Warehouse Management:

Manage the performance of the core activities of the distribution center by setting KPI's
Manage inbound flow, put away strategy and ensure warehouse space and storage optimization
Develop strategies to control operational costs and the cost of labor in order to meet budget requirements.

What you offer:

5 to 7 years' experience in Warehouse Management, preferable in a Transportation and 3PL facility
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
Experience with Warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation management systems (TMS)
Experience and interest in process improvement and optimization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and setting KPI's and managing the P&L
