Warehouse Associate

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our brand new branch near Kansas City, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse activities to support the efficient operation of our water treatment product distribution. Charger Water Treatment Products is a leading provider of residential and commercial water treatment solutions, specializing in the design and manufacturing of filters, softeners, and other water treatment equipment.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of water treatment products
• Stock and organize inventory in designated locations
• Pick, assemble, and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments for delivery or pickup
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Monday-Friday, Fulltime
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment
• Some occasional delivery driving required
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
