For one of our clients, we are looking for a VP, Partnerships, remotely from the United States.

As the VP of Partnerships, you will lead the expansion and management of a diverse partner ecosystem, including freelancers, agencies, system integrators, and large consulting firms. You will design and implement strategic initiatives to grow this network, streamline partner onboarding, and create co-selling motions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), your leadership will play a pivotal role in driving the company's annual pipeline and revenue through partnerships. This position requires a dynamic individual who is both a strategist and a hands-on leader, with a focus on innovative growth and collaborative success.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand and enhance the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead a team of Partner Managers to engage and manage relationships with agencies and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through co-selling initiatives and collaboration with sales and solutions engineering teams.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote the partner program, attract new partners, and foster deeper engagement within the partner community.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner success and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the SaaS industry, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in collaborating with sales teams to create and execute co-selling strategies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance partner performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
