The Vice President of Power Delivery Construction and Engineering will lead and drive the strategic direction, operational execution, and innovation for the Power division. This senior leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of power delivery projects. The VP will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align divisional goals with broader company objectives, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest quality, safety, and efficiency standards while integrating cutting-edge technologies to meet future energy needs.

Requirements

Responsabilities:

  • Direct the Power division, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering and construction teams for cohesive and efficient project execution.
  • Align divisional goals with corporate objectives to support company growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence in power delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of power delivery projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive the division's project management practices to guarantee timely and within-budget completion of large-scale power projects, including substation and distribution projects
  • Formulate and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, safety standards, and overall quality, with a specific focus on transmission; distribution; substation.
  • Promote industry-leading practices within the division to continually exceed operational standards and industry benchmarks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within the power delivery, construction, or engineering sector.
  • Deep expertise in electrical systems, power distribution networks, substation engineering, transmission and experience managing large-scale construction and engineering projects in the power industry.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion with an emphasis on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong ability to align team efforts with company strategy and leverage technical knowledge to drive project excellence.
