Job Description


The Vice President of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention through tailored lifecycle campaigns focused on engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize customer lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize retention.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns that nurture customer relationships.
  • Utilize customer data and behavioral insights to create personalized marketing experiences.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals in driving program growth and performance.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for customer experience.
