What we're looking for

Are you a business-minded engineering leader looking to build high-caliber, innovative, and driven engineering teams responsible for software enjoyed by millions around the world? We're seeking an experienced Director of Engineering who will guide the development and optimization of our cutting-edge iGaming platform and, ultimately, help propel the company to new heights. In this pivotal cross-functional leadership position, you will help formulate the company's engineering strategy, hone the team's development processes and systems for consistent execution, and ensure our applications are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.

On your day to day, you will...

• Lead the engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and enforce engineering processes and standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on the company's technology strategy.
• Manage resources to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Cultivate an innovative and continuously improving engineering culture.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Startup experience.
• Experience in B2C software development.
• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, on-time, and budget-compliant software solutions.
• Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and design.
• Experience in growing, managing, and mentoring large engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Java and React.
