Summary

The Professional Services Leader will spearhead the growth and delivery of DataVisor's services offerings, focusing on engaging strategic and large clients in the fintech sector. This role requires expertise in offer design, pricing, scoping, and leading teams in implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions and services. This is a hands-on leadership role designed to build out a key growth driver for the company.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic enterprise clients to understand their needs and align services accordingly.
• Offer Design: Develop innovative service offerings tailored to client challenges, including pricing strategies that maximize value.
• Project Leadership: Scope, plan, and oversee the successful implementation of professional services projects.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants and technical experts to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for new services aligned with market trends in fraud detection and AML compliance.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Metrics Management: Monitor service performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, utilization rates, and profitability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services leadership within fintech or related industries.
• Proven track record in engaging large clients and driving service adoption.
• Deep knowledge of fraud prevention and AML solutions.
• Strong skills in offer design, pricing strategies (e.g., value-based pricing), scoping projects, and managing implementation teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to "roll up sleeves" to build new initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence for engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
