VoIP appointment setter

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as VoIP Appointment Setters. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our VoIP services and set appointments for our sales team. Your excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers will be key to driving our business forward.

• Conduct outbound calls to leads to introduce our VoIP services and generate interest.
• Engage prospects in conversation, providing them with valuable information about the benefits of our VoIP solutions.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction with our outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve appointment-setting strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments set and lead generation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical products in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to track leads and appointments.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to team success.
• Basic understanding of VoIP technology is a plus.

Base Salary (Hourly or Monthly):

$2/hour (entry to mid-level)

300$ base (depending on experience and volume expectations)

Commission/Bonus Structure:

1015per qualified appointment (depending on deal size and target quality)

+ Tier Bonuses:

20+ qualified appts/month: Extra $125

30+ appts/month: Extra $250

40+ appts/month: Extra $500+

KPIs:

35 qualified appointments per day

70%+ show rate

20%+ conversion to demo/close
