Summary: Huda Beauty is looking to hire a talented and detailed oriented Visual Merchandising Coordinator, based in our New York office with a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and will play a starring role in helping with project management, implementing strategies and workflows, with a specialized focus on graphics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update Project Tracker with ongoing product launches & hard deadlines, flagging to the team if anything is at risk for late delivery.
• Upload & organize our internal digital filing system for VM
• Engage actively in meetings and calls; ensuring timely graphic and fixture delivers to stores w/ consistent
• Align creative & graphics with the brand's vision and maintain our creative asset treasury
• Design and produce store graphics, ensuring they're aligned with Huda Beauty's branding, as well as creating clear digital presentations to gain edits and/or approvals by various leaders for approvals.
• Assist in designing renderings for Huda Gondola including product and graphic placement.
• Manage financial documents in partnership with our finance team & input/update numbers into the Budget Tracker in a timely manner, in partnership with the Senior Manager, VM.
• Assist in maintaining & updating the office's Huda Gondola display.
• Liaise with Global Marketing team to ensure that campaign graphics and creative assets are delivered on time and in the correct specifications.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a similar role within a Marketing or Visual Merchandising capacity
• Project management experience & a self-starter
• Presentation skills & clean digital presentation
• Intermediate to highly skilled in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to proof-read and check details before graphics go to print.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal & external stakeholders
• Financial & budgeting experience. Working knowledge of Excel and formulas to track and update budgets.
• Production knowledge for print projects including; materials & creating print ready files w/ Die Lines
• A portfolio, or samples of work, with design examples is required
• Desire to be on a Visual Merchandising team & openness to gain more knowledge & grow your career
