• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries and processing orders via email and chat.
• Assist customers by providing detailed product information and answering questions related to purchases.
• Handle customer complaints respectfully and efficiently to ensure a positive resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to give informed and accurate support to customers.

Requirements
