• Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to understand their needs and guide them in selecting products.
• Provide information about our jewelry collections and any promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers in completing their orders and resolving any inquiries or concerns effectively and courteously.
• Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on leads as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work towards personal and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Requirements

• No previous sales experience is required; an eagerness to learn is essential.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
