Virtual Mental Health Therapist

We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) , and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our collaborative telehealth platform. As part of our team, you'll have the flexibility to design your own schedule while working with low-acuity adult clients.

Compensation: $90,000$110,000 annually, plus benefits

What You'll Do:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for stable, low-acuity adult clients dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, and more.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based practices to help clients meet their goals.
• Engage clients through tools like video communication, journaling, and clinical goal-setting.
• Maintain accurate, confidential notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Master's or Doctorate in a mental health-related field.
• Valid licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW , or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage virtual sessions effectively.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
