The House of Mercier is seeking a dedicated Virtual Inbound Call Center Agent to join our remote team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and support. As a Virtual Inbound Call Center Agent, you will handle incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and create a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries about products and services.
  • Provide accurate information and assist with order tracking, returns, and other customer-related issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening and responding effectively to customer needs.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer management system.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve your service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • No prior experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly reponse.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems are an asset.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a designated workspace is essential.
