Remote - Must reside in the eastern time zone.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering and product roles (excluding AI) at scale. This is a high-volume role requiring expertise in technical hiring, strong partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to navigate a large pipeline of applicants, referrals, and internal candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Program Managers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Software Architects
+ Partner with hiring managers to influence decision-making and ensure top talent selection
+ Assess high volumes of applicants, focusing on skill alignment rather than active sourcing
+ Manage an expected requisition load of 30 at a time
+ Focus on hiring for key locations: Raleigh, NC & Boston, MA
+ Utilize Workday (experience is a plus, but not required)
Required:
High School Diploma
7+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience in identifying technical talent such as Program Managers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Software Architects, and various technologies.
Other optional aspects that will help you stand out
A Bachelor's degree
+ Experience with Workday
