Virtual Adapted Physical Education Teacher

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual physical education?tailored to each student's physical abilities, motor development goals, and unique learning profile.
• Create structured, modified fitness plans?that align with student IEP goals, targeting areas such as gross motor skills, coordination, strength, balance, and spatial awareness.
• Adapt instruction in real time?based on student engagement, physical capabilities, and home environment constraints, creatively using household items or limited spaces for safe, active movement.
• Track student progress?and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance and transparent reporting on motor skill development.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with students who have education needs
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills ? comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
