• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service.
• Assist customers with account management, including order processing and updates on their purchases.
• Provide detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions to build your skills and understanding of our products.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Requirements
