Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Content Creator who will be responsible for concepting, creating, and producing high-converting video content across various social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram/Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels. The ideal candidate will utilize social trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches and ideas that engage new and existing audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Lead the conception, creation, and production of high-quality video content, tailored for specific social media platforms.
- UGC Lead: Be the primary (on-camera) content creator for our video channels, comfortably speaking on Paxful, crypto and relevant trends.
- Trend Utilization: Utilize knowledge of social trends and best practices to deliver creative, fresh ideas for our social accounts on a regular basis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with brand and marketing team leads to develop and implement content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and new initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and use data to optimize content that drives growth, engagement, and reach across all social media platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the visual identity and aesthetic of our brand.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with internal teams to identify new opportunities to drive brand awareness through content, such as event highlights, employee interviews, and behind-the-scenes at Paxful.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience editing, producing, and publishing social-first content tailored for specific platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Social Media Expertise: Avid social media user with a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- On-Camera Presence: Comfort with on-camera work since you'll be a regular face and voice in our content.
- Content Production Skills: Ability to produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos, photography, and create graphics independently.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to work off a brief as well as pitch original concepts, regularly contributing ideas for all organic social media content.
- Trend Responsiveness: Ability to promptly identify social media trends and respond accordingly.
- Visual Aesthetic: Keen eye for visual identity and brand aesthetic.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your social media content and video experience.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results.
