We are looking for a VP of B2B Business Development to join our fast-growing B2B team. Reporting to our SVP, B2B Business Development, you will be supporting the team on driving B2B revenue growth, with a key focus on partner recruitment.

As a senior member in the sales organization, you will have the opportunity to dramatically increase the number of B2B partners using the Nuvei payments platform and significantly drive top line growth across the enterprise. This role will work closely with solution architects to ensure that the right solutions are implemented and launched in a timely fashion. The Vice President of B2B Business Development will manage the strategy, solutioning and acquisition of new partners in targeted verticals. They will be responsible for the daily process of prospecting and signing new partners. The ideal candidate is proven collaborator across multiple stakeholders with strong leadership and software solutioning skills. Requirements

7+ years of relevant work experience in software and/or payments sales leadership

Experience building and scaling a high performance sales team

Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business with and through the partner ecosystem

Ability to deliver against the Partner growth plan

Pipeline management, deal sourcing and closing business

Ability to partner closely with Product and Solution Consultants to define partner ecosystem value propositions and create and curate solutions aligned to customer use cases

Work hand in hand with the Partner Management team to kickoff partnerships and define success criteria

Solid understanding of payments ecosystem

Willing to travel up to 50% to meet with sales leaders, partners, attend events and support the sales team
