What You'll Be Doing (Besides Accepting Puppy Kisses):

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• managing client communications across multiple different platforms like a rockstar
• Greeting pets and their humans with warmth, humor, and professionalism
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
• Keeping the front desk looking sharp no fur tumbleweeds allowed!
• Handling other administrative tasks you never know what will come next!

Requirements

All jokes aside, we need someone who can:

• Keep calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Communicate like a prowith clients, pets, and our team
• Multitask (phones, scheduling, petting dogs and catsat the same time!)
• Bring a positive, team-first attitude every day
• Have a passion for animals and the people who love them!
• Customer service experience
