At Mahomet Animal Hospital, we don't just take care of petswe build lasting relationships with their humans too! We're a tight-knit team that laughs together, supports each other, and keeps things running smoothly. If you can multitask like an octopus, stay calm like a golden retriever, and keep things organized like a cat stalking its prey we need YOU at our front desk!

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Accepting Puppy Kisses):

Answering phones and scheduling appointments
managing client communications across multiple different platforms like a rockstar
Greeting pets and their humans with warmth, humor, and professionalism
Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
Keeping the front desk looking sharp no fur tumbleweeds allowed!
Handling other administrative tasks you never know what will come next!

Requirements

All jokes aside, we need someone who can:

Keep calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Communicate like a prowith clients, pets, and our team
Multitask (phones, scheduling, petting dogs and catsat the same time!)
Bring a positive, team-first attitude every day
Have a passion for animals and the people who love them!
Customer service experience
