Job Description
We are a small animal general practice located in Simi Valley, CA looking for a practice manager with the following duties but not limited to:
- Oversees employees- time management, efficiency, thoroughness, no horse play, etc.
- Ensures practice meets the requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Human resources
- Conflict management
- Communication with vendors and clients
- Assists CEO
- Inventory management
- Leads team meetings
- Executes company planning and development
- Helps team members when needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in veterinary field
- Needs to be a great leader and follower
- Understands that this is not a desk job
- Physically fit to handle animals (bending, kneeling, lifting, vision and hearing)
- Required to be available to work on Saturdays
- Great communication skill
- Age 30 and older preferred. But not required.
