As a?Veteran Claims Consultant, you are the first and most important relationship in the veteran?s journey with Veterans Guardian. In this high-impact, sales-driven role, you will conduct strategic consultations, uncover qualifying claim opportunities, educate veterans on the process, and guide them confidently through the next steps. • Conduct in-depth consultations with veterans to uncover potential VA disability claim opportunities and explain the Veterans Guardian process.??

• Build trust and rapport through empathetic, solution-focused conversations that drive engagement and commitment.??

• Review service records, medical documentation, DD-214s, and VA rating decisions to?identify?potential paths for increased disability compensation.??

• Educate veterans on?benefits?eligibility and strategically position them?for?claim success.?

• Guide veterans through onboarding by securing required documents, disclosures, and signed agreements.??

• Maintain detailed and?accurate?records in Salesforce, including notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.??

• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient claim progression.??

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance, consultation, and production goals while?maintaining?compliance and quality standards.??

• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.??

• Confidence handling high-volume outbound and inbound client interactions.??

• Ability to uncover needs, overcome objections, and guide veterans toward informed decisions.??

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.??

• Equivalent work experience, such as military service, consulting, sales, or customer service, is preferred.
