Valet Attendant/Site Manager

• Oversees valet flow - staging, parking, and plugging in
• Work under and report directly to the onsite office management and corporate supervisors for activity
• Complete valet request form by initialing work was completed and completing the vehicle inspections and services section
• Make sure leads and reservations are handled timely
• Monitor email and respond in a timely manner
• Monitor voicemails and return calls to tenants and prospective tenants in a timely manner
• Communicate with outside staff on valet activity, available units and parking availability

Requirements

• 1-2 years of valet experience
• 1-2 years of customer service
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Experience in an office setting (nice to have)
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver license
