UX Researcher

Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Product Development team supporting various product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for storytelling which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UX Researcher

Location: Chicago, IL or Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)

Contract position

What's the Job?

Conduct a full range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to support product development.

Manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with 2-3 clients.

Present research findings to Executive Teams and Stakeholders effectively.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Design and analyze surveys, build journey maps, and conduct usability studies.

What's Needed?

Experience in UX research with a focus on qualitative methods.

Strong ability to communicate research findings clearly and effectively.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Ability to build personas and journey maps based on user research.

Experience in conducting usability studies and A/B testing.
