Job Description

The Utility & Energy practice group is seeking an attorney with 3-8 years' experience to join the Harrisburg Office. Candidates must have experience representing public utilities and energy companies in regulatory and related proceedings. Strong preference for candidates with experience practicing with or before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission or other state utility commissions. Strong writing and administrative hearing skills required. Must be licensed in good standing in PA. Must be located in Central PA and able to attend in-person meetings in Harrisburg. This is a hybrid position, three days in the office is required. Cozen O?Connor?s Utility & Energy Practice guides clients through complex regulatory approvals by state public utility commissions and other federal and state regulatory agencies. We represent clients in utility- and energy-related transactions, litigation, enforcement actions, and regulatory proceedings.
