US IT Recruiter

Isofttek Solutions Inc. is seeking an energetic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across the United States, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier tech talent. You will work closely with US-based clients and hiring managers, delivering tailored staffing solutions in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

We are specifically looking for individuals who have a proven track record of successful placements and the ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a record of successful placements.
• Strong working knowledge of the US IT job market and in-demand technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory).
• Proficiency in using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and others.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with US clients and candidates.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and deliver in high-pressure environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with US work visas (H1-B, OPT, TN, etc.).
• Experience using ATS platforms like Oorwin or similar.
• Background in contract staffing and negotiating rates and terms.
