Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum 3 years of employment civil litigation experience specifically in Texas to support join the Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Practice Group. The successful candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, will have the opportunity to learn the most exciting, fast-paced litigation area of employment law. Among other things, the practice group helps clients protect against threatened disclosure of confidential information and their experience should include significant trade secrets by obtaining temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions, and unfair competition cases, in addition to TROs and Temporary/Preliminary Injunctions. permanent injunctions. The successful candidate must desire to assume significant responsibility including interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and going to the courthouse to obtain temporary restraining orders and temporary injunctions. Must have excellent writing skills and be willing to work when a client has a problem. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
