Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to drive the design and development of digital solutions with a focus on user-centered design. This position will play a key role in translating user research and business objectives into seamless user experiences for our clients, with a particular emphasis on the financial and insurance sectors. You will work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to create designs that align with business goals and meet technical requirements.

Requirements

• User-Centered Design: Follow a user-centered design process to create design artifacts and deliver interaction specifications that advocate for the user experience.
• Research & Usability Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and enhances their experience.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing, and product managers, to align design work with technical requirements and business objectives.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Translate ideas and concepts into user task flows, wireframes, and functional design specifications. Develop prototypes for usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present and communicate design solutions and rationale to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
• Market & Trends Analysis: Leverage market insights, emerging trends, and customer feedback to drive digital design and development that enhances the user experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the improvement of design processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end workflow designs.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Figjam for designing user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes.
• Financial & Insurance Experience: Previous experience working in the financial and/or insurance industries is preferred.
• User Research & Testing: Strong experience in user research and usability testing , using various methods to validate design solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Ability to solve complex design problems and create innovative solutions that balance user needs with business and technical requirements.
• Design Thinking: Strong understanding of design thinking principles, with the ability to incorporate them into the design process to improve the user experience.
