UAT/SME Liason

InfyStrat is seeking a highly motivated UAT/SME Liaison to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between our stakeholders and the project team during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. You will coordinate testing activities, facilitate communication, and ensure that user requirements are accurately captured and addressed. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will help define testing scenarios, gather feedback, and resolve any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a thorough understanding of the testing lifecycle, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Serve as the main liaison between project teams and SMEs during UAT activities.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution, ensuring all testing tasks are completed within project timelines.
• Assist in defining UAT test scenarios and ensure they reflect user requirements and business expectations.
• Gather and analyze feedback from SMEs and end-users to identify improvements and resolve issues.
• Document UAT findings, tracking defects, and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to prepare stakeholders for UAT processes.
• Promote best practices for user testing and provide guidance on effective testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a UAT or SME liaison role, with a strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in training and facilitating workshops is advantageous.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting to track UAT progress and outcomes.
